An avid thinker, maker, and relentless dreamer, Hunter was born in Fort Worth, Texas before moving to Louisiana to earn his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture from the Louisiana Tech University School of Design in Ruston, Louisiana. He is currently a Designer/Intern Architect at Davey McEathron Architecture.

In the summer of 2016, he returned to his native Texas to put his education to practice, taking up a chair at Davey McEathron Architecture, where his teaching and eye for design has seen his hand on several significant residential and commercial projects including a renovation of the pool facilities at the historic Austin Motel on South Congress.

A member of the AIA, he is also highly concerned with architectural advocacy and is a regular member and contributor to the AIA’s Small Firm’s Roundtable for the advancement of emerging professionals in the architecture field.
