"Submerge" was installed as part of a 9 night event for the Waller Creek Conservancy, in partnership with the City of Austin, to temporarily activate and engage Waller Creek with the community of Austin, TX. Sited in an area of downtown Austin that is usually neglected, the project sheds light on the importance of the creek's transformation
