811 mariposa residence:

The Mariposa Residences (807, 809 and 811 Mariposa) were all designed to fit within the design vocabulary present in the Travis Heights Neighborhood of South Austin - which consisted mainly of Tudor and Spanish Revival. DMA took inventory of the design characteristics of the surrounding homes and decided to blend them with a modern twist. The new Modern Tudor houses consist of arch top windows and doors, along with cat slide roofs, robust masonry and moody finishes.

This house was awarded “Best Powder Room” by Austin Home Magazine in 2023.
